Karina Es was put on this earth to create, sing, entertain & stop traffic! With her passionate lyrics & sultry melodies reminiscent of Lady Gaga meets Christina Aguilera, Karina presents a fresh blend of urban & dance pop sounds that are completely intoxicating.

Karina has released the single & video "Space Rock" in Canada and in Europe including Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, France and the U.K. She is already making history on an international scale by co-writing “We Will Fly” for China’s top superstar Laure Shang. Laure sang the epic theme song for the most successful Chinese movie of all time, "Aftershock" debuting at 2010 Toronto International Film Festival. “We Will Fly” is already a hit in China and will be released internationally in 2011. Karina shared the stage with Laure on Oct 17^th 2010, performing a duet marking this historical performance as a first for China & Canada.

Karina is the winner of the Toronto Exclusive Magazine Awards 2010 Best Toronto Pop Female Artist, 2010 Best Toronto Pop Music Video, as well as Toronto’s Artist of the Year nominee. Karina and her dancers rocked the house, opening for Sean Kingston in Guelph August 2010, showcased for Gene Simmons & Universal Music at The Super Market in Toronto and performed at CMJ in NY as well as opening for The Roots at The House of Blues in Chicago with The Fame City Boiz in the fall 2010. Karina’s title track “Make It Real” & “What Are You Waiting For” were placed in a teen TV show “The Troops” from Nickelodeon (Sponge Bob, Wolverine, Nacho Libre, etc).

Karina Es is represented by Chris Taylor, B.A., LL.B. and law firm (Avril Lavigne, Nelly Furtado, Nickelback, Drake, etc).  “What Are You Waiting For” is included on “CD 4 The Troops - Independents for Independence” compilation with international distribution. Karina earned her first endorsement deal from Toronto’s trendy Queen West clothing boutique called "Fashion Crimes" and guitar player Lewis Moorman scored an international endorsement deal from Gibson guitars.

After realizing her own talent as a singer & songwriter, 16 yr old Karina found collaborator, Peter Linseman, owner of Music Mentor Productions in 2006. Nejdeh, a young and edgy producer, was added to the team and in 2009 her debut album “Make It Real” was born. In 2010 a new hot producer was added to the team Yawar Siddiqui, Peter’s co-producer on the new self titled album. Karina is an honors biology student at McMaster University with numerous awards and scholarships. Karina is also involved in numerous charities recording 4 songs for Chicago’s Disability Outreach Fundraiser Compilation CD and has recorded the theme song “I Believe In You & Me” for the cancer charity “Look Good Feel Better” in Canada.
